As camp (76)this year comes to an end we look back and reflect.

Our membership numbers have risen once again we are providing more classes than ever. The summer months as always have been hectic with close t0 100 children attending our summer day camp, which judging on the feedback received, was a great success.

Our water sports sessions were oversubscribed and we have waiting lists for all our other classes.

To top things off we finish the year with one of our members being nominated for a Jack Petchy award for the first time.

We now look forward to a new  year serving our members.

Although our current classes improve self esteem and behaviour we have done some research and feel that woodturning (NOT to be confused with generic woodwork) would be very therapeutic for the children and we have applied for funding to set up Woodturning classes later this year.

We are also happy to announce that 3 of us have passed Level 3 in Education and Training and will be able to teach accredited first aid classes. We are now working on funding and hope to make first aid groups available later on in the year.

Wishing all our supporters and members a Shana Tova and a Happy New Year.
